We visit you at home to discuss your needs, view samples and choose your blinds.
If you would like a quote, our in-home consultant will measure your windows for utmost accuracy then deliver a free, no-obligation quote via email within 24 hours.
Once the quote is accepted and deposit paid we start custom-making your blinds at our warehouse in Auckland.
Upon completion, we’ll be in contact to arrange a time that works for you to come and install your new blinds. Our installer will also be in contact just to double-check the night before.
We also offer expert cleaning and repair services to keep your blinds in top condition.
We recommend a professional clean at least once every 12 months. Call or email us to arrange a time that suits you for us to come and remove your blinds for cleaning/repairs.

The delivery times on our new product vary from month to month and are typically seasonal. Generally, we have installation booked between 10 to 15 working days from acceptance. However, we are always flexible when possible and happy to do whatever we can for urgent orders. Auckland delivery is a flat fee of $10; please enquire for delivery outside of Auckland.
Because all our products are made specifically to your individual window sizes, we are unable to accept returns or cancellations after the order is placed. However, all products are covered by our 5-year warranty covering manufacturing faults.
Our products are manufactured to the highest standards and we stand behind that by offering a market leading 7-year warranty. If our product fails due to a manufacturing fault we will fix it or replace it free of charge. Warranty covers manufacturing or component faults not damage caused by misuse, accident or general wear and tear. Valid only on blinds cleaned/serviced by Blindworks every 12 months.
